Training Notes TN108 show that a church budget should be an outworking of the church's purpose and plan, a statement of the church's vision and faith, a practical demonstration of the church's values and a measure of spiritual health. As well, of course, of being an assurance of wise stewardship.
These notes are designed to help church leadership groups understand the proper place of a church budget and its use in decision-making.
