Synopsis
This paper provides a short summary of the Christian Effectiveness Model, which may be found at HC6 and HC7 on the Health-checks page of the website.
It explains the four themes used in the Model:
- Validity
- Choice
- Excellence
- Achievement
It then lists the headings for all 48 questions in their groupings and shows two examples of sample tests.
