NEW: How to handle change
This is the seventh DIY Workshop to be published on this website and sets out the training I have led on this topic over many years. My plan is to make my former training events available to everyone with guidance for a leader/enabler and a set of handout sheets for participants.
This new workshop offers a half- or full-day training session for Ministers or ministry leaders of any kind in a church or mission agency. There are four parts.
1 Blood on the church carpet
Change in God’s work, arguing that this should be seen as the norm
2 Analysing change
A ‘language’ of different sceneries to help you understand what is happening0
3 Reacting to change
Two innovative tools to see how different people feel about a change
4 Easing the process of change
Practical ideas and key questions to ask
Use this material and its 12 handout sheets of headings and exercises to offer an informative and attractive session on understanding change in a church or mission agency.
DIY Workshop W7, How to handle change, is now available without charge on the DIY Workshops index page of this website.
